HIsmelt (Rio Tinto) Sustainability Campaign

Creative Nature has supported Rio Tinto's revolutionary pig iron manufacturing facility, at HIsmelt, to establish its first Community Advisory Group facilitating public participation in community projects and issues of local significance.

HIsmelt’s commitment to sustainable development has been captured in a decision-making framework incorporating all facets of the business and its relationship with stakeholders around the globe.

Creative Nature worked with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental team to develop strong strategic partnerships with internal and external audiences. Internally, the launch campaign included planning key messages and facilitating educational workshops culminating in an “Experience of a Lifetime” competition involving more than 200 employees and contractors.
